Watch: PB&J teases new album

    After going all instrumental for a while, Peter Bjorn & John appear to be gearing up for the release of their fifth studio endeavor. At least if this cryptic new video the Swedish outfit has unveiled says anything.

    Available now on the Swedish website 1000 apor, the untitled video opens with a little of PB&J’s “Young Folks” before going into full-fledged tease mode for the currently untitled album with some spacey sounds heavy in snaps, claps, and bass amidst a repeated chorus of “Shut the fuck up”. Um…yeah. If anything, it’s a nice reminder of the band’s crisp and oh so pleasant vocal talents, even if they’re a bit less radio friendly than we’re used to.

    No word on when said album in all its “Shut the fuck up” glory will be ready to hit our ears, but it’d be a safe bet to assume you’ll get a few more tastes from the upcoming release at any of the band’s upcoming tour stops:
