In the latest indie-friendly co-headlining tour scheduled to a hit a venue near you in the coming months, Ladytron and The Faint have announced planes for a month-long trek, scheduled to begin the first of April. The two outfits, which will both be touring in support of their 2008 releases (Ladytron offered Velocifero in June, while The Faint self-released Fasciinatiion in August) will switch headlining duties each night.
Ahead of the engagements, Ladytron will release a brand new EP on March 3rd. Entitled Tomorrow, the six-track effort will feature remixes of Velocifero‘s “Tomorrow” from the likes of Jim Abbiss (Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys, Goldfrapp), Dirty Vegas, and Great Northern among others. They’ll also be spending some time with Christina Aguilera, who as we know by now, has tapped the English pop outfit to appear on her upcoming studio album.
