Chemical Brothers add U.S. tour dates

Good news: The Chemical Brothers have decided to extend their upcoming trip to North America by a few additional days. Thus, in addition to previously announced performances at the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on August 29th and New York City’s Electric Zoo festival on September 3rd, the legendary electric duo will look to support the upcoming release of Further by also be making stops in the cities Oakland, Seattle, Vancouver, and Chicago in late August/early September.

The Oakland and Seattle performances look particularly intriguing, as they will see The Chemical Brothers playing in venues with capacities of 3,800 and 1,137 respectively. (Compare that to the Hollywood Bowl’s 18,000-person capacity and that deserves a giant woah!).

Ticket information for the newly announced dates has yet not been disclosed. We’ll of course update you when it is. The aforementioned Further, the outfit’s seventh studio album, hits stores on June 8th via Freestyle Dust/Astralwerks.
