Goodbye, Labor Day! Hello, Laborious days! We hope you got your fix of barbecue, if not, surely you’ll be able to find a nice 12 dollar burger at any given music festival.
Below you’ll see the past week’s festival news including CoS’s report of North Coast Music Fest, the third festival to grace a Chicago park in recent memory. In the good news realm, many a band was added to many a festival! CMJ continues its trend of slowly piling more and more acts into it’s already amazing lineup. As far as bad news, Harvest of Hope isn’t looking at a good crop this year, as it is confirmed to not be happening in 2011. See what we thought! Also, registration is beginning for Glastonbury tickets, claim your ground! Or, mud, rather.
— CoS was at North Coast Music Festival trying to catch signed Benny Benassi Beach Balls and finding excuses to use alliteration!
— We also hit the FYF Fest this past weekend. The results were a bit more mixed.
— No hope for Harvest of Hope 2011, as it is canceled for 2011.
