The New York-based Mountain Jam music festival will again live up to its name in 2011 thanks to a lineup featuring some of the genre’s most celebrated heavyweights. Festival founder and Allman Brothers Band member Warren Haynes fills two headlining spots with his current projects, Gov’t Mule and Warren Haynes Band, while My Morning Jacket are locked down as the third headliner.
Set to run from June 2-5 in Hunter Mountain, NY, the festival also features Michael Franti & Spearhead, The Avett Brothers, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Béla Fleck & The Flecktones, Mavis Staples, Electric Hot Tuna, Lotus, North Mississippi Allstars, and Portugal.
