There are many aspects to the life of a musician on tour. You spend a lot of time traveling, a lot of time in hotel rooms, and a surprisingly small amount of time actually playing a concert. Dilettante’s video for a live performance of Luke Rathborne‘s “Dog Years” intersperses many of these elements in between the songwriter’s acoustic strums. Sunlight reflecting off the bus windows turns into a flickering spotlight above Rathborne’s head. It’s different than your average live video but thematically sticks with life on the road.
