What looks like a CPR dummy gets put to another use rather than training the future lifeguards of tomorrow. Here, in 49 seconds of totally creepy glory, a rubber man walks through the streets of a small town. This is a very simple concept, and is no way scary, but just look at how he walks, and imagine if it were a real person. That is not healthy.
