Along with a recent interest in serial killing, Kid Cudi has also been hard at work on a rock album with his band, 2 Be Continuum. Taking to Twitter earlier today (via Complex.com), Mr. Solo Dolo announced a slew of details regarding that project’s debut LP. So that’s what happened with the A Man Named Scott mixtape

First, the group (comprised of Cudi and producer Dot Da Genius) is now calling itself W Z R D, which if no one had deciphered yet, is short for “wizard”. Further, W Z R D’s as-yet-detail-less album is set to drop January 30th, Cudi’s B-day. As for what to expect musically, Cudi added that the record “does not contain any profanity or the usage of the word ‘nigga’. A universal album for everyone.” The first single, though, will be something the ladies of the world can “shake those booties to.” Sounds like good clean, wholesome fun for the entire family!

Stay tuned for more on the W Z R D album as it’s announced. In the meantime, check out the Shia LaBeouf-directed short film for “Maniac” below.
