World renowned DJ/producer and literary sensation Diplo can now add BBC radio host to his growing resume. As Pitchfork points out, Diplo will host “Diplo & Friends”, a weekly series that airs on Saturday night/Sunday morning from 1-3 a.m. GMT starting April 7th.
According to a blog post on the Mad Decent site, the program will feature exclusive remixes from Diplo himself and others on the Mad Decent roster in addition to “a selection of big name pals and cutting edge artists.” The first show’s guests will be Canadian producer Lunice and Mad Decent creative director Paul Devro, with subsequent April guests including Brodinski, Dillon Francis, and Flosstradamous.
