Thrash upstarts Code Orange Kids announce rarities compilation, split singles

Pittsburgh thrash/hardcore upstarts Code Orange Kids signed to Deathwish Records earlier this year, and under the tutelage of Jacob Bannon and Kurt Ballou from Converge, released a mighty debut Love is Love // Return to Dust.

They’re on tour right now with Full of Hell and Gaza, where you can pick up their new tour-only compilation tape comprised of songs found on early 7″ splits and one-off tapes.

The band plans to release a series of “numbered releases” between their releases, as well as a forthcoming four-way split with Tigers Jaw, the World Is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die, and Self Defense Family, out later in winter on Run for Cover/Topshelf Records.

We say that to say this: Watch their video for “Flowermouth (The Leech)”, give a listen to the album, and go see Code Orange Kids, Gaza, and Full of Hell live this winter. Everything you need is below, and check back soon for an interview with the young band.
