Dave Grohl isn’t the only musician with an eye for cinema. As previously reported, former Hüsker Dü and Sugar frontman Bob Mould has something for the silver screen, too. Titled See a Little Light: A Celebration of the Music and Legacy of Bob Mould, the forthcoming Kickstarter-funded film focuses on a November 2011 all-star tribute concert held at the Hollywood Bowl in celebration of the legendary veteran rocker.

Today, in continued promotion of the project, Mould hosted a Reddit AmA, where he shared an exclusive clip of the film: a performance of Hüsker Dü cut “Ice Cold Ice” alongside Grohl. It’s arguably one of the strongest tracks within the band’s final, fully-stocked album, 1987’s Warehouse: Songs and Stories, and as expected, the two put all their weight into it. Catch it below (via Rolling Stone).

Currently the project hasn’t reached its intended goal yet, so if you’re feeling jubilant, pledge here.
