Morrissey was admitted into the hospital over the weekend for a suspected kidney infection, which has since been diagnosed as a bleeding ulcer. The musician is expected to make a full recovery, though six more of his U.S. tour dates have been postponed.
The tour will resume in Las Vegas on Saturday, February 9th. Patrons of the postponed shows are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as all rescheduled dates will be announced within the coming days.
