Motörhead release their own headphones, designed for the rock music fan

So maybe Beats by Dr. Dre (or Trent Reznor) aren’t your thing. Sure they’ve got that heavy bass, but where’s that mid-range, eardrum-rocking guitar? Well, it’s uncle Lemmy to the rescue, as Motörhead will soon release their new brand of headphones to American markets.

Unlike their alcoholic beverages, which aren’t for sale in the U.S.A (or Iceland, apparently), the Motörheadphone lifestyle brand will debut for American buyers at January 8th’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Already available and successful in Europe, the headphones are geared specifically towards the rock music listening experience. That means the perfect balance between low end rumble and a clear mid-/high-end of the spectrum.

“These new headphones are not like the weak-kneed, lily-livered, tin-pot, skinny sounding little pieces of garbage out on the market today,” states the Motörheadphone website. “We designed these headphones to deliver everything louder than anything else and with the sort of range, clarity and TRUE rock reproduction you’d expect from a band of warriors like us.”

The headphones come in three over-ear styles, and two styles of earbuds available in black, silver, and brass. The product line also features three mobile cases (the Burner Pouch, Capricorn Case, and Metropolis UnderCover), with sizes for a variety of phone models. You can order all of the products at the Motörheadphone site. Watch the product trailer below.
