Soundgarden are currently out enjoying the road in support of last year’s reunion record, King Animal. One would imagine that the album’s 52 minutes — or, you know, the band’s other five albums — would be enough for one night’s setlist. Not so. Alas, frontman Chris Cornell took it upon himself this past weekend in Pennsylvania to perform a new, unreleased song. It’s somber, acoustic-laden hymnal that begins three and half minutes into the clip below. Enjoy it with some flannel and a glass of mud, why don’t you?
