At last, hip-hop’s two sexiest men are together on one track: LL Cool J has lent his lyrical prowess to a remix of Action Bronson’s Harry Fraud-produced single “Strictly 4 My Jeeps”. The track, which also features G-Unit’s Lloyd Banks, gains +20 in aggressive sexiness thanks to LL, whose stream-of-conscious verse (“Game is strange like blondes/ Ramadan fasting/ Indoor pool looks like Uncle Luke’s casting”) is perfectly suited for Bronson’s bizarro vibes. The unfortunately LL-less original is set to appear on Bronson/Fraud’s forthcoming collaborative mixtape, SAAAB STORIES, due out June 11th.
In the same visit to Flex’s Hot 97, Bronson hopped on the mic to freestyle to Jay-Z’s “Hard Knock Life”. There were plenty of gems, but we’re partial to, ”Shorty speaking Dutch to me/Pass the dutch to me/So many sons I should file for fucking custody.” Watch the replay below.
