Pusha T has dropped “Who I Am”, the latest single off his Marlo Stanfield-referencing full-length debut, My Name Is My Name. Produced by Kanye West, the bass-heavy track is a slight departure for Pusha, who eschews his aggressive flows for excerpts of emotionally-rich sing-talking (“I just wanna be who I am/Always knew I could rule the world/Let’s define what my world is/Knee-deep in this dope money/Damn near where my world ends”). Listen in below (via In Flex We Trust).
My Name Is My Name is *tentatively* due out on July 16th via G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam. For more sounds, be sure to check out two more Kanye-produced singles, “Pain” and “Numbers on the Boards”.
