Couldn’t find the time to travel to Detroit or Mexico City to hear Cut Copy’s new single? No worries; the track is now available to stream online, below. Better yet, the Australian outfit has set a release date for their new album, which is also titled Free Your Mind. It’ll arrive November 5th via Loma Vista/Modular.

According to Pitchfork, the 14-track effort was recorded in the band’s hometown of Melbourne and self-produced by Dan Whitford. It was mixed by Dave Fridmann (Tame Impala, MGMT, the Flaming Lips) in upstate New York.

A press release adds that the album was influenced by San Francisco’s Summer of Love in 1967 and Britain’s Second Summer of Love in 1988, adding, “The concept of freedom is one that’s universally positive and timeless, and whatever each person’s version of that freedom is, it’s a good thing to be reminding people or even just ourselves to be ‘free.'”

Along with the title track, the album features previous single “Let Me Show You Love”.
