A-Trak and Cam’ron have linked up for a joint release titled Federal Reserve, due out this spring via Fool’s Gold/Poppington/Dipset. Executive produced by Dame Dash, the EP features cameos from Jim Jones and Juelz Santana, marking the first time all three main members of hip-hop crew Dipset have recorded together since 2010. While it’s still without an official drop date, we have our first look at this new collaboration with “Humphrey”.
Here, Cam’ron lays down his rags to riches story (“I didn’t fight my way to the top of the food chain to be a vegetarian” and “I’m a product of dust, lust, and cocaine”) over a fun and jaunty backing track that seems culled from decades past. Longtime Action Bronson associate Party Supplies also provides additional production work. Check it out below (via Complex).
