Rising producer Ryan DeRobertis, a.k.a. SAINT PEPSI, has a keen ear when it comes to re-imagining pop hits. In the past year alone, he’s flipped the likes of Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Justin Bieber, stretching and bending the originals into sprawling, topsy-turvy slices of self-dubbed “dream trap”.

Ahead of his new full-length, Gin City, DeRobertis has unveiled his latest creation “Baby”. Fashioned from bits of 4Men’s R&B-infused K-Pop track “Baby Baby”, it’s a silvery and percolating cut that’s both bizarre and bizarrely infectious. Listen in below.

SAINT PEPSI’s Gin City arrives next week through his Bandcamp page.
