Austin-based singer-songwriter Dana Falconberry has consistently blended charming folk with wistful pop, especially on her 2012 album Leelanau. Her latest song, “Palmless”, takes her in completely direction, one that draws from highly-rhythmic and electronic textures.

The track is a collaboration with producer and Spoon drummer Jim Eno, who contributes the song’s ticking, vibrant arrangements and drum parts. It’s a ghostly and beautiful composition, as the interlocking percussions perfectly accentuate Falconberry’s ethereal voice. Listen in below.
