Want to know how I spent my weekend? Well, for one, I went to the gym Saturday afternoon and watched Clueless while doing the StairMaster. It had been a while since I’ve seen the movie and man, was it good. So good, in fact, that I brought it up in conversation while over at my friend Sami Jarroush’s apartment on Saturday night. I also raved about its sequel — yea, i know, there is no sequel. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I was instead referring to Legally Blonde, because I am a shallow piece of crap who thinks Alicia Silverstone and Reese Witherspoon are the same person. Then, I spent about an hour Googling Alicia Silverstone to see what she’s up to these days, and let’s just say she’s not doing as well as Clueless co-star Paul Rudd. Then I ate some Tagalongs, because it’s Girl Scout Cookie season, and what better for a twentysomething guy to do on a Saturday night then talk about Clueless, Legally Blonde, and eat girl scout cookies. You guys are mad jelly, aren’t you?
Anyways, here’s the closet thing we will get to a Clueless sequel: a reenactment of the original film by Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX. It’s Azalea’s new video for “Fancy” and it’s pretty true to form: they even got spoofed the guy from Scrubs and his grillz. Watch it below.
