The Avett Brothers brought their bluegrass-fed folk to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night. Supporting their latest effort, Magpie and the Dandelion, the troupe performed “Skin and Bones”.
Earlier in the evening, The Tonight Show premiered the band’s new video for “Morning Song”. Largely a studio performance filmed in a church cut with slow-motion images of a wintery rural America, the Michael Bonfiglio-directed clip was actually produced by Judd Apatow.

Over the summer, The Avett Brothers will perform at a variety of music festivals, including Bonnaroo, Hangout, and New Orleans Jazz Fest.
