The World’s Fasted Released Record, a.k.a. Jack White’s “Lazaretto”, has finally been revealed. The new single, off White’s highly-anticipated album of the same name, was recorded, mastered, pressed, and sold in just three hours and 21 minutes during Record Store Day at Third Man Records’ Nashville headquarters.
Following the ferocious instrumental “High Ball Stepper”, “Lazaretto” sees White channeling a bit of ’70s funk rock, adding a new kind of oomph to his gritty blues formula.

Lazaretto the LP, White’s second solo album to date, officially arrives on June 10th via Third Man. Update: He has also revealed the album’s 11-song tracklist.
