With his confident and diverse 2013 debut Innanetape, Vic Mensa placed himself at the forefront of young Chicago rappers ready to take the next step. After a brief tour with dance wunderkinds Disclosure, Mensa returns with a new song “Down On My Luck”, one which is heavily influenced by his former tourmates.
