On August 12th, New York producer Drew Lustman, a.k.a. FaltyDL, will drop his new album, In The Wild. The 17-track effort follows 2013’s genre-hopping LP Hardcourage and his “Danger” single earlier this year. In anticipation, he’s unleashed the lead single “Do Me”.
Taking a cue from the feral album title, “Do Me” bursts with nearly five minutes of frantic, unbridled energy, its percussive thwacks and electronic swirls teeming like mad. When it’s not bouncing off the walls, the track is eerily whispering a tribal chant of “Do me, do me, do me”. It’ll downright freak you out or lock you into a trance — either way the song definitely elicits a response. Listen in below.
