Jack White kicked off his North American tour behind Lazaretto in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Thursday night. The Third Man Records figurehead played a career-spanning 25-song setlist, which included several tracks off his forthcoming solo album. Among them, the instrumental “High Ball Stepper”, “Lazaretto”, “Three Women”, and “Alone in My Home”.
White also revisited songs from his debut solo album Blunderbuss as well as White Stripes favorites such as “Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground”, “My Doorbell”, “Fell in Love With a Girl”, and “Icky Thump”. He played The Raconteurs’ “Top Yourself” and “Steady As She Goes”, the latter of which was reworked to included a cover of Led Zeppelin’s “The Lemon Song”. He also played his contribution to the Hank Williams compilation of unreleased material and “Rose With the Broken Neck” from Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi’s 2011 album, Rome.
