The Julie Ruin have postponed their upcoming world after singer Kathleen Hanna suffered a relapse of Lyme disease. According to a press release, the riot grrrl icon has been advised to start a three-month course of treatment, which will prevent her from traveling.

Hanna revealed her struggle with Lyme disease in the 2013 documentary, The Punk Singer. It took doctors six-year for doctors to diagnose her with the illness, and its late-stage effects temporarily derailed her music career.

Hanna intends to rejoin The Julie Ruin and resume touring in September.
