Listen: Garden City Movement’s lovely new song “Terracotta”

Last fall, rising Israeli trio Garden City Movement released their Entertainment EP, a collection of atmospheric synth-pop cuts that called to mind both James Blake and Youth Lagoon. Now, the three-piece are ready to drop their new follow-up EP, Bengali Cinema, on June 23rd via BLDG5.

Our first taste of the forthcoming release comes courtesy of “Terracotta”, a gorgeously hazy track highlighted by warped vocals and the romantic strumming of what sounds like an Asian stringed instrument. Listen in below (via Stereogum).
