Death From Above 1979 detail new album, world tour

    On the heels of the premiere of their new single “Trainwreck 1979”, Death From Above 1979 have revealed more details of their upcoming sophomore album, The Physical World, plus they’ve announced an extensive tour.

    Serving as the long-awaited follow-up to 2004′sYou’re A Woman, I’m A MachineThe Physical World spans 11 tracks and was produced by D. Sardy (Red Hot Chili Peppers, LCD Soundsystem). The cover art is above and the tracklist is below.

    In support of the release, the band has mapped out an extensive tour, including dates in Europe, the U.K., and North America. See the full docket below.
