Ex Hex consists of Helium and Wild Flag member Mary Timony and friends/collaborators Laura Harris and Betsy Wright. The trio will release their debut album, Rips, on October 7th via Merge Records. Following “Hot and Cold” and “Don’t Wanna Lose”, Ex Hex has shared the latest album track in “Beast”.
True to its name, “Beast” pummels with its distorted, screeching guitars and bar-rock sensibilities. Just like its predecessors, the track is an absolute barnburner. Listen in below (via Pitchfork).
