Listen: Kendrick Lamar guests on Jeezy’s “Holy Ghost” remix

This week, Jeezy celebrates the release of his seventh studio album, Seen It All: The Autobiography. The Atlanta-based rapper previously linked up with Jay Z for the LP’s swaggering title track. Now, he’s enlisted the help of another mastermind, Kendrick Lamar, for a new remix of the album cut “Holy Ghost”.

Even with a cameo spot, K-Dot manages to easily steal the limelight. Barking out blazing lines about inner piece and religious turmoil, his gruff growl as ferocious ever, Kendrick further solidifies himself as one of the best contenders for the “king of hip-hop” crown. Listen in below.

This isn’t the first time these two have appeared on a remix. Last year, they joined forces on a reworking of “R.I.P.” produced by DJ Mustard.

Jeezy’s Seen It All: The Autobiography is out now. Kendrick, meanwhile, just released a new collaborative track with Flying Lotus called “Never Catch Me”, and is currently working on his next album.
