In February, Radiohead released PolyFauna, an audio-visual mobile app inspired by their 2011 album, The King of Limbs. Today, the app has been given a major overhaul, complete with new visuals and, most exciting, previously unreleased music.

As Rolling Stone points out, the app features new soundscapes in which Thom Yorke can be heard harmonizing alongside an atmospheric beat. You an download the app here.

The update of PolyFauna kicks off what may be a busy month for Radiohead. Previously, Jonny Greenwood said the band planned to meet up in September to begin work on their ninth studio album. In anticipation, Yorke has been tweeting mysterious images on his Twitter page, leading some fans to speculate that a more extensive release could arrive sooner than later.
