Minneapolis hip-hop collective Doomtree has shared the video for “Gray Duck”, the lead single from its upcoming album All Hands, due out January 27th via Doomtree Records.
It’sThe Italian Job meets Howard The Duck as the Doomtree collective swerve through dimly lit streets wearing duck masks and hoodies. Each MC spits a verse in the back of a nondescript van, picking up members and blowing smoke out of their duck bills along the way. Elsewhere, a seemingly unsuspecting security guard rides his Segway in circles around a parking garage. The anticipation between the two parties builds throughout, culminating in a high stakes, duck-centric dance battle. Check it out below.
