Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt and rising Chicago rapper Lil Herb have joined forces for a new song called “Knucklehead”. With production from Sweatshirt himself, the track is a retro-minded banger seamlessly blending his lyrical prowess and deft ear for beats with Herbo’s gravelly flow. The song is part of Red Bull’s 20Before15. During the month of December, Red Bull will release 20 free tracks over 20 days from a variety of buzzing artists. Previous entries in the project include cuts from Compass, Sizar, and Tokimonsta and Iza.
Sweatshirt’s last project is 2013’s Doris, while Lil Herb recently released his excellent mixtape Welcome To Fazoland.
