Earlier this year, Ryan Adams served as one of the producers for Jenny Lewis’ comeback album, The Voyager. On Sunday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the pair stepped out of the studio and onto the road for the first of four joint dates together.
To commemorate the occasion, both acts sat in on one another’s set. Adams helped kick off the evening by playing guitar on a medley of “Just One of the Guys”, “Head Underwater”, and “Love U Forever”. Then, during Adams’ headlining set, Lewis returned the favor by singing backup for Heartbreaker standouts “Oh My Sweet Carolina” and “Come Pick Me Up”. Check out some fan-shot footage below.
