On Tuesday night, Death Cab For Cutie performed an intimate show at Seattle’s Crocodile during which they debuted three new songs from their forthcoming album Kintsugi.
Amidst their 20-song setlist, the indie rockers previewed “The Ghosts of Beverly Drive”, “No Room In Frame”, and “Black Sun”. In a recent interview, frontman Ben Gibbard described “No Room In Frame” as a “kind of traveling song” and noted that “Black Sun” was inspired by his time spent in Los Angeles. Watch performance footage of all three songs below.
Last night’s show also marked the band’s first without founding member Chris Walla, who departed the band in September.
