Mumford and Sons premiere new song “The Wolf” — listen

A second listen to the forthcoming Wilder Mind

Mumford and Sons have released their new song “The Wolf”, the second single from their forthcoming record, Wilder Mind. Following the mellower vibes of “Believe”, this new track puts the band’s much-publicized “electric” new sound front and center.

The song hits right from the first notes with furiously strummed guitars charging over pounding snares. Featuring a classic building chorus that erupts into a raucous break, “The Wolf” demonstrates that, though the instruments may have changed, this is still Mumford and Sons.
