As promised, Disclosure has returned with a brand new song titled “Bang That”. The track, which was premiered this afternoon on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 program, serves as our first glimpse at the electronic duo’s forthcoming album.
According to Disclosure, it’s not an “official single” per se, but a reminder to fans that they “haven’t forgotten where we’ve come from.” Pulling from their club roots, it’s a massive, hard-hitting number sure to heat up playlists all summer long. Listen in below.
While brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence have offered few details on the Settle follow-up, they have confirmed that a new album will be out before the year’s end. It was written with Jimmy Napes, the singer/songwriter/producer behind some of their biggest hits, including “Latch” and “White Noise”, and, much like Settle, will feature a long list of guest collaborators.
