You may have noticed Nine Inch Nails’ “The Wretched” soundtracking the newly revealed live-action teaser for Batman: Arkham Knight. Turns out Trent Reznor had quite a part in creating the trailer — so much so that he received a shoutout from the game’s Twitter account.

Reznor is listed as the trailer’s “music consultant.” Additionally, some fans have speculated that Reznor helped secure Tim Cronenweth and Jeff Cronenweth to serve as directors (he previously worked with the pair on Gone Girl and Girl With the Dragon Tattoo).

This is not Reznor’s first foray into the highly lucrative world of video game music. Nine Inch Nails soundtracked Darkness II, and Reznor wrote the theme song for Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
