Mumford and Sons made their triumphant return to Bonnaroo on Saturday night. The performance came nearly two years to day the band was originally supposed to headline the festival only to cancel at the last minute due to bassist Ted Dwane’s need for emergency brain surgery.

Making up for lost time, Mumfords raced through a 20-song setlist that included material from all three of their studio albums: 2009’s Sigh No More, 2012’s Babel, and 2015’s Wilder Mind. The real highlight came at the end of the set, however, as the band invited My Morning Jacket, The War on Drugs’ saxophonist Jon Natchez, Dawes, Ed Helms, and others for a cover of The Beatles’ “With a Little Help From My Friends”.
