Off the Avenue: Rubblebucket

Brooklyn outfit bring body-moving vibes and an unexpected Fugazi cover to Austin

This year during South by Southwest, Consequence of Sound teamed with Jukely and Tito’s Handmade Vodka to bring Off the Avenue to Austin. We invited nearly 30 bands to visit our special 5th Street Studios setup and film exclusive sessions.

For our latest installment, Rubblebucket knock out a soaring rendition of “Carousel Ride”, taken from last year’s Survival Sounds LP. The neo-psychedelia outfit also run through a rambunctious, brass-assisted cover of Fugazi’s classic “Waiting Room”. Check out both videos below.
