It’s been some time since The Flintstones have had relevance in America’s pop culture lexicon. However, at some point, a movie studio will reboot the franchise with hopes of making a few million Clams, so why not do some early investing.

A theme park designed to look like Fred and Wilma’s hometown of Bedrock is up for sale in Arizona. The 30-acre lot includes a miniature volcano, a brontosaurus slide, a drivable Flintstones car, a RV park and convenience store, a gift shop, and more.

The asking price is just $2 million, but there is a catch: The park’s current licensing agreement with Flintstones creator Hanna Barbera does not transfer and would need to be re-negotiated. Additionally, the park is well over 40 years old and several of the buildings are in need of repair.
