Music is often one of the most important aspects of a wedding. Previously, we’ve seen couples profess their love with the help of The Who’s Roger Daltrey and through the use of Bonnaroo themes. Cold Cave recently did his part in making a marriage happen, performing a cover of The Cure’s “Plainsong” at Tony Hawk’s ceremony in Ireland last month.

One might not immediately associate Wesley Eisold’s “darkwave” with such joyous occasions as weddings, but the ceremony’s gloomy Adare Manor setting seemed to fit just right. Listen to live audio below, followed by some pictures from the affair.
