Last year, punk outfit Beach Slang released the 7-inch Cheap Thrills on a Dead End Street, anchored by singles like the crunchy “Dirty Cigarettes”. Now, the group’s gearing up to drop its full-length debut with new label home Polyvinyl Records. The Things We Do To Find People Like Us is due to hit shelves on October 30th.

This week, the band is teasing the forthcoming LP with “Young & Alive”, a track that’s defined by a noticeably darker edge and alt-rock bite than past offerings. It also happens to sound like one of the most all-consuming pieces in the Philly natives’ repertoire. Listen in below.
