Youth Lagoon covers The Sundays’ “Here’s Where The Story Ends” — listen

Youth Lagoon’s Trevor Powers released his third studio album, Savage Hills Ballroom, just last month, but is showing no signs of slowing down. Not only has the dream pop songwriter been touring the US behind the new LP, but during a recent Sirius XMU session he unveiled a cover of The Sundays classic “Here’s Where The Story Ends”.

While Powers’ version retains the original’s wistful sheen, it’s a decidedly more synth-driven affair not unlike his output thus far. Listen in below.
