Dr. Dre marked the first 2016 episode of his Beats 1 Radio program Pharmacy Beats by debuting new music. The good Doctor cracked upon the vault to reveal “Back to Business” featuring a bevy of collaborative talent.

T.I. joins in alongside his protégé Victoria Monet, Sly Piper, and the latest rapper to come under Dre’s wing, Justus. Produced by Swiff D, “Back to Business” feels like a throwback to two different eras, both the mid-’00s and the mid-’90s. There’s a laid back, hazy distortion like slowly rising chronic smoke coming out of the past swirling underneath a cadence that feels thoroughly modern. “Can’t stop, bigger dreams for this hip-hop,” Dre raps, joined intermittently by his chorus of special guests. “I’m happy it was music and not zip locks/ And now we bringing crops like it’s Woodstock.”
