Next month, Andrew Bird will embark on a full-band world tour that will take him to the US, UK, and beyond. It appears he’ll be bringing along some new music, too. During an appearance on last night’s episode of Conan, Bird debuted a groovy new rocker called “Capsized”. Watch the replay below.

Bird’s last release came in the form of 2014’s Things Are Really Great Here, Sort Of…, which contained covers of The Handsome Family. His last album of original material was 2012’s Hands of Glory. Update – Friday, February 5th at 9:15 a.m. CT: Bird’s new album is called Are You Serious and is due out on April 1st.
For Bird’s upcoming jaunt, $1 for every ticket sold in North America will be donated to organizations working to end gun violence. Find the full itinerary here.
