Don Cheadle joins The Roots for episode of The Tonight Show, including A Tribe Called Quest tribute

For his starring role in the new Miles Davis biopic Miles Ahead, Don Cheadle actually learned how to play trumpet. The actor got a chance to show off his chops as a guest of The Roots on Wednesday night’s episode of The Tonight Show. He performed with the Legendary Roots Crew throughout the episode, including their performance of A Tribe Called Quest’s “Oh My God” in tribute to Phife Dawg.
