Glastonbury has revealed its preliminary lineup for 2016. Now in its 46th year, the renowned UK music and arts festival returns to Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset during the weekend of June 22nd – 26th.
Adele, Coldplay, and Muse will headline the festival alongside other notable acts including LCD Soundsystem, Beck, PJ Harvey, Sigur Rós, James Blake, Underworld, New Order, Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Disclosure, Foals, The Last Shadow Puppets, M83, Madness, CHVRCHES, and Grimes.
Also playing the festival are Art Garfunkel, ZZ Top, Earth Wind & Fire, Ellie Goulding, Róisín Murphy, Saint Etienne, Santigold, Band of Horses, Explosions in the Sky, Bat For Lashes, Vince Staples, Mac DeMarco, Savages, AlunaGeorge, Wolf Alice, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Daughter, Låpsley, Skepta, Mercury Rev, Richard Hawley, Floating Points, Hinds, Jack Garratt, Kamasi Washington, Laura Mvula, and Kurt Vile.

Many more acts are still to be announced as upwards of 200 musicians typically play Glastonbury each year. Tickets, as you might expect, have long been sold out.
