It’s an Easter miracle: Billy Corgan reunites with Smashing Pumpkins bandmate James Iha

Along with Jimmy Chamberlin, the trio performed songs from Siamese Dream during a concert in Los Angeles on Saturday night

    Earlier this year, Billy Corgan expressed his hope to find peace with former Smashing Pumpkins bandmate James Iha. On Easter eve, he got his wish. The two reunited during the Pumpkins’ concert in Los Angeles last night, marking their first time together on stage in 16 years. What’s more, they were joined by original drummer Jimmy Chamberlin.

    The trio performed songs from Siamese Dream, including “Mayonaise, “Soma”, “Today”, and “Spaceboy”, along with “Whir” from Pisces Iscariot. During the encore, they also sang “Happy Birthday” to Iha who was celebrating his 48th birthday.
